Direct TV called a couple of weeks ago to tell me that my HD
receiver had been recalled and they were sending me a new
one. They did and I installed it my self. I had trouble with
the remote so they sent a service man to fix it. After he left
I had problems with duplicate channels and a service super-
visor worked with me for over 2 hours with no success. He
said I needed a service tech which he arranged for. The
service tech showed up Friday and immediately to me the
problem was the weathe. I asked why all my other 3 TV's
were working. He went out to his truck and proceeded to
install a new dish which he said receives 5 Satelites and the
one he removed only picked up 2 satelites. I still had all kinds
of problems and he got rather nasty. He then left and my
system was fine except for my HD TV. I have spoken with
your service people for hours and my reception is diwn. I
need it fixed or remove from my home. I pay a lot of money
for TV that is not working. Please repair my problems or
tell me you can't and I will move to another company.
