I have had so many problems with Directv, I'm ready to explode. My service was turned off (my fault) couldn't pay the bill. They charged my credit card (which was my rent money). I called them and told them I wanted to keep my service, keep what I owe you but please reverse the cancellation fee and price of the dvr. They said they would in 2-8 days. Nothing! Ten days later I called back, where's my refund. Just wait 8 business days. I wait, nothing! I call back. I'll expedite it, just wait 8 more days. This has been going on and on and I'm on my 10th phone call. Nothing! The supervisors dont care, they just keep saying the same thing no matter how nice, irrate, or emotional I get. The last supervisor said I was denied a refund but couldn't tell me why and refuses to connect me to the Finance Dept who can get questions answered and things done. It's been 33 days. The supervisors are all over, you never get the same one twice. Albert, Jonathan, Joey, David...probably all fake names, who knows. I need some help. Any one have a name, address, email or phone number that can get me somewhere?
