Yes i would highly think about giving Directv your creditcard#. They think they can just go and take money out of your acct anytime they want to without authorazation. Just the other day i was checking my acct online when i noticed they had taken 236.00 out if my acct without my knowledge. When i contacted them to see why they had taken money out of my acct. Come to find out it was'nt even for my acct they took it for my brothers acct. I paid his bill for him a couple of times. They told me because he had'nt paid his bill, and due to i had authorized it before they can just go take it out of my acct without authorazation. I had it out with them how can they hold me responsible for a bill that's not even mine. I filed a claim against them from my bank im waiting to hear back to see what happens. I just dont understand how they can just go take money out of an acct anytime they want. The supervisior was really rude and hung up in my face because she new i was right. She tried to tell me i could'nt take my card off of that acct. I told her i dont think so im telling her to take it off and she better not ever use it again. So i would jyst highly think about going with DirecTv maybe try DishNetwork, my friends and family dont have any problems from them. I'm really shocked that a company as big as DirecTv would do things like this.
