Bait and switch offers from both businesses, if you are cought up in this problem the first thing you need to do is change your bank card *** cancel the old card and account ( they will debit the account fore all fee's they say you owe. ) this way they can't access th e account. Then open a new account, this account they have no authorization to access, Thats what i had to do to stop DIRECTV from taking over $600.00 after i cough them in their Bait and switch, special offer $39.99 for 12 mo. which i never got only a bill for the full price of $66.99 per month. Their still trying but they will never get a dime and as for the credit collection co. they sure as hell don't want to keep wasting their time, they will have to go to court and that could get embarrassing for them when the truth comes out .
