We've been trying to reslove a fairly simple issue regarding installation of a different size dish and haven't been able to get anywhere with these idiots. We've been transferred to over a dozen different people, have been on hold endlessly, and have been hung up on three times. Total time spent on the phone with Direcway just today trying to get this taken care of: FOUR HOURS!!! And that's not to mention the past TWO MONTHS that we've been calling to try to figure out how to rectify the situation!! Currently, we still don't have service and have been charged over 175.00 dollars for the month. For some inexplicable reason we have been unable to get Direcway to provide the correct equipment and we can't get any answers. I hate this company more than you can possibly imagine and I feel totally taken advantage of by their crappy "service."
