8/21/2009 switched from dish network to direct tv, ordered package that includes dvr, they came and installed and then explaining remote i asked how does dvr work i was then informed i did not order dvr so these are standard recievers.
Then on monday 8/24/2009 i called customer support and this is when i completely lost my mind..talked to scott id#u2595, where i was told basicly that i was stupid and the only one ever to not specifically mark in order a dvr receiver as opposed to normal receiver, then at the point of wanting to shred this little punk, i asked for a supervisor and was told super had no time for me.
Now don't get me wrong i can get my dvr receiver(free with package i ordered)for 200.00 dollars or cancell for 460.oo dollars.
All this and more in 4 days time.I am amazed they have any subscibers at all.
Dish network i am sorry and i am coming back!!!
