I joined this site to make a genuine complaint about a company in hopes of helping others avoid problems that I experienced. As I look around, there seem to be several people on here who are just here to be mean. One person commented (on another person's post) that if they did not want comments that were nice, mean or just down right nasty that they should not post here. What? Why do they have to get nasty comments? Does the most popular and RESPECTED consumer complaints website really mean anything to them? I fugured out early that all I have to do is click the name of the person and you can see all of the comments that they have made to other people. I won't name these folks because they all know who they are. I wonder how old they are, if they are married, if they are all friends who joined together just to hurt people. The best thing to do is just let them (the mean ones) post and DO NOT RESPOND. Apparently, there is not a moderator on here because if there was, I can't believe that they would continue to let this happen. I see nothing wrong with posting an opposing opinion but come on. The name calling and profanity is not necessary.
