After being charged an unexpected $99.95 for a small first aid kit that I am sure cost a total of $5.00, I returned the product the way their refund policies stated within the time frame & with the stupid RMA#. I made sure to send it certified mail with return reciept. Their customer service dept said it was going to take an additional 10-14 days from the initial 10-15 day I waited on them to refund my money. Of course, they did not refund my money..to this day. I sent in a complaint with the BBB online, its not hard to do. We'll see if that helps. Anyone who comes across this problem needs to go and file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in an effort to get these scam artist shut the fuk down!!

It started out to be you won a gift all you had to do is pay for shipping charges...I was Charged on my creditcard 2/09/10 $3.99 on the same day $1.00 more .. On 2/16/10 Was Charged another $99.95 I'm spinning What has happen? What is going on? I am shocked that this company is sending products cheaply made.. I was looking for a certain product when this add poped up for a distaraidkit for a total of 4.99 i was shocked to see a charge for 99.95 on my bank. I have called the support number and the lady hung up on me I have wriiten 2 email asking for a return kit and for my money back. also talked to my bank disputing the charges. also closed my credit card. it has cost me an overdraft charge of 28.99 I am requesting a FULL refund of the 99.95 and the 28.99 please email me at [email protected]

I responded to an e-mail about a free disaster aid kit, if I paid $3.00 plus $1.00 but now they have chargered my account for $99.93 which I did not agree to. I spoke with an operator but he was not helpful but stated only by e-mail could i get arefund and i would hear back in 24 hous. this has not happen and the product is unseable and worth #99.93< i wouldn't use this at all, it stints fo kersone . Is there anyway you can help me, please I am on alimited budget and would not this kind money on something inseen, plus this was very misleading offer. Thank you in advance.
