refused to credit full amount for product returned

Posted on the internet:
Disaster kit for $3.99
Upon recieving said kit it said return within 10 days and your credit card will not be charged the $99.95 said kit was valued at.
I returned the kit within 4 days.
I called to see when they would be crediting my card and they said I hads no return authorization and therefor could not return it.
Thgey now have both my money and my kit.

over billing my credit card

Disasterkit.com posted an e-mail to buy a disasterkit for one dollar when I received my credit card statement I was billed for over one hundred dollars and when i called them they said that in the fine print it was more than one dollar but I didn't see any fine print on the e-mail so I fill like I was deceived and want to get my money back so I was given this address to get help
