We are musicians who trusted the company with two CD replication orders. We really liked their claim that they would stand by their products, but soon discovered that they did not. We had problems with both products. The replicated discs did not function like the masters sent into the company. In fact, CD after CD would not play in the same players that the master would play in. We confronted the company with this, expecting a quick resolution on the basis of their initial claim. They would not budge. Then, we asked to speak to the owner of the company, but no one would give us any way to contact him.
We had thought Nationwidedisc.com were a reputable company. Maybe they fulfill their obligation to the big guys, but if you are not significant in their estimate, watch out. Go elsewhere!!!
