I have had 2 unauthorized charges 9.95 and 19.95 in the last week. I haven't ordered any books and I am furious how they can just go and take money out of my account without me having any knowledge of it happening. I WANT my money back now!

I just discovered now (3/11/11) that they have been charging my credit card for automatic membership monthly dues of up to $19.00 since April 2010, even on months that I didn't buy anything from them. I never knew I was a member, I guess I have just been paying my credit card bills without much scrutiny. Please help me stop it and help me get my money back. I found out about my automatic charge account from this link:

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE!

I ordered a book on 6/5 and did not receive any emails. On 6/19 I had to call to find out not shipped as one book was not available. I asked to ship. On 6/30 it was supposedly shipped but never received. In the meantime they signed me up for some monthly membership and billed me for it. Luckily I have a good credit union and lodged 2 complaints and cancelled card.

They should be out of business for fraud!
