I ordered a box set of DVD's from this company (Lost series 4) via Google Accounts. I waited two weeks after Google confirmed that the order had been dispatched. When the goods had not been received I sent three e-mails via Google Accounts to ask for either my money back or for the goods to be sent. I waited for a bank statement which showed the money had been taken from my account before making a claim via this site.
