Their website indicates:

I filed a complaint with the Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3) and emailed Discount-Coach.com a copy of the complaint, Coach Incorporated, and my bank.

They provided the return address however, ignore my USPS package that was attempted delivery on Dec. 25, 2009. They will not respond to my inquiries.
