I tried to refi my mortage with my lender but they told me there was nothing they could do. So i am sitting at home watching tv see an add for discount mortage relief, so i called they said all the right things had all the right answers (at least the ones i wanted to hear) so like an idiot i payed them 3600$ get this i told them there was no way i could pay them and my mortage and everything else guess what there response was? u dont have to make your mortage payement while u are in "modifacation" it freezes your loan. great i thought maybe things are looking up for us. boy was i wrong at first they were good about calling see i was making 3 monthly payments to them once they got there money everything changed. it would be weeks before i could get ahold of anybody they just kept sending me off to somebody else or he will call u back blah blah blah meanwhile no payements being made to my lenders. then they dissapear i get a email with a new number and contact info. i am thinking well finally we will get something done nope! i finally woke up and contacted my lender and they are trying to help me. i am trying to get my money back from them all of this horrible ordeal has be going on for about a year now i hope somebody has some answers and i hope they have to answer to somebody thanks for letting me vent my frustration!
