My husband and I trusted this co, hoping to get our mortgage payment lowered, they withdrew $500. from our account without our permission. When you called the co. they put you on hold for 10 to 30 minutes each time, you never got to speak to anyone. They never helped us and we wrote a letter of cancellation for our $500, refund which it states in the contract.This was Oct. Now 2 months later we get this letter to sign and have notirized stating they would not be held accountable and only giving us $250.for doing NOTHING. We are seeking legal advice on this, plus notifying the Attorney Generals Office also. If anyone can help us with advice on what else to do, whether to sue also and who else to contact. please let us know.
