How to file a Class Action Suit against this company, John Common and Bruce Spurlock?

I contacted Discount Mortgage Relief back in January 2010, on February 3, 2010 the company took $1, 100 out of my checking account for the first payment. They sent me a contract with the wrong dates to remove the rest of the monies from my account and i called and requested the correct page. I spoke with about five different people that said they would send me the correct page and I never received it. On March 8, 2010 I faxed a cancallation note to them and Jacqueline called and left a message on my machine stating that she received my cancellation and she will give it to her boss. I called at the end of March and was told that it ususally takes 25 - 30 days to get my money back so I waited, after that I called on April 13, 2010 and i was told that they would check on the progress and would call me back to no avail did i receive a call I called on 5/11/2010 and Jacob told me that the process was started on 4/13/2010 and that it would take 45-60 days before I receive my money, today is the 17th of June and I went the internet and noticed that Arizona has a law suit against them for fraud, etc. I don't know what to do next, please help money does not come easy these days.

It all started almost exactly a year ago, I contacted Discount Mortgage relief and spoke to a very nice lady who said that I qualified for a loan modification and all I needed to do is make a one tome payment of $1200. So I made the payment and filled out all of their paperwork and faxed it. I also was told by this nice lady that I didn’t have to pay any Mortgage payments until the review is completed. So time goes by and then so more time, pretty soon it’s like 5 months went by and I haven’t heard anything from this company. Here I'm thinking that I paid them so their just working on my case and is nothing wrong, they will call me when they know something. Well on one afternoon I decided to call Discount Mortgage Relief and it took forever almost 45 minutes of just listening to constant hold music then all of a sudden I heard a customer service rep. come on the line but, all he did was picked up the line and said "Please Hold" and then I was back into the queue. It was another 20 minutes before I got to speak to someone who could help me (Who has that kind of time and patience to hold). When I finally got the customer service rep on the line I was so mad by this time I just wanted to speak to whoever I needed to. Someone who could help me regards my Loan Modification. The lady said to me after giving her all of my information, I'm sorry but, I don’t see anyone working your case... That's when everything started, I felt so stupid for not checking in with these people before. You would think when you pay a known company that kind of money that you wouldn’t have to check up on them but not these people. I soon found out what kind of dishonest, unreliable and disrespectful kind of company I got involved with. It’s now June of 2010 a year later. I am now losing my home, I have a court date scheduled on the 18th of June and I have no idea what to do! This company really needs to pay for what they have done to thousands and thousands of people. I just wish that that I would have read all of your comments before I ever got involved with Discount Mortgage Relief.

This outfit... defrauded us of 1025.00 and never satisfied any of thier word on producing a modification. I don't understand how this can continue on with this ***... I know a few other mortgage brokers... or rather, liars... Michael Tepper, Anthony Griffin the III, Al Mafasia whatever the *** his last name is... They are all ex/con's, served prison time, got educated in prison, on our tax money, , imagine that one eh? then they get out, and start on thier prey again.The people involved were Horace Hawkins, Mike Gonzales, Maggie Duncan of who were the people that dealt with us... I have all documention and, I want to get our refund back.

For anyone doing a search on Discount Mortgage Relief - BEWARE of all the brief positive comments posted. If you'll notice, all of them are made by the same person - mortgagerelief7. This clearly is someone that works for the company that is trying to boost their reputation after they've clearly did a fine job destroying it. Also the brief little boasting sentences and how they are written should be a good sign too. How dumb do they think people are???? This is a good example and display to show how they work and how they continue to indulge in false advertising and unethical practices which leads to destroying people's lives. It's pretty bad when some person from their own company needs to go on a complaint board and submit "complaints" boasting about their company! They wouldn't have to do this if they didn't screw so many people over. What a bunch of idiots.
