I first ordered pet medications from DPD in June 2009. The first two shipments were fine. But in early January 2010, I re-ordered and the shipment never arrived. DPD claims that the address label didn’t print out the full address so the package couldn’t be delivered and they promised to re-deliver. Several more phone calls and emails later, DPD emailed me a bogus UPS track #. I’ve notified my bank and their fraud dept is doing an investigation. I’ve recently found a couple of fraud alerts for DPD posted with stories very similar to mine.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Very disappointed. I have been using this company successfully for my pet meds for two years. However, my last order in January 2010 has been a HUGE disappointment. Unfortunately with the death of one of my dogs, I had some nonprescription, unopened supplements to return which I did in March 2010. Today is June of 2010, and I have yet to receive any credit for the return. Calls to the company go unanswered, emails to the company go unanswered. On the one occasion when someone did answer the telephone, they immediately put me on hold for 28 minutes and 33 seconds which gave me more than enough time to research and file the complaint paperwork with the Better Business Bureau -- which also went unanswered after the BBB's inquiry to the business. Stay away from this company. My recent experiences certainly makes me question the legitimacy of this company and the quality of the products they are selling. I plan on filing a complaint with the FTC as well to assist in hopefully ending this business's unsavory business practices.

I ordered my product from them on 10/27 and my credit card was charged on 10/29.

I e-mail many times and called many times. No answer. I finally got someone one the phone and they said a confirmation e-mail would go out and my product would be delivered.

It's 12/3 today and still nothing. I dont understand how they can keep their business going. Why wont someone shut them down! Im filing a claim with the Better Business Bureau. I suggest everyone do that. You might see some of your money back.

DISCOUNTPETDRUGS.COM IS A VERY dishonest, very dishonest business. I paid $106.00, via internet for faulty flee products for my cats and dogs, advantix 20 and advantage 9, all this are Bayer products. NONE of then ever worked (af using them for only 2 weeks!)..discountpetdrugs.com refuses to accept responsibility or even return my money or exchanged the products!, and the same with Bayer...I will never buy any of this products ever again. the guy at the discountpetdrugs was very creepy and rude, and the same with the rude woman at Buyer. BE ALERT about dishonest business AND DON'T BUY THEIR PRODUCTS!.

This company is horrific. I was lefd to beleive that my order for Sammy's arthritis would be coming any day. I caled three weeks in a row and each time someone from the company told me that it was shippied yesterday. I got the same answer today and when they told me it would arrive by Friday and they couldn't give me the tracking number until tomorrow it was just another excuse to get me off the phone. They told me that my medication was on backorder and that they emailed me the information. That did not happen. They also charged my credit card the same day I placed the order before my vets prescription even arrived, via fax. I will be disputing this on my credit card as well. Shame on Yahoo for hosting and allowing this Merchant. I will also place a complaint with the BBB. Donna
