Not sure this went through the 1st time...I purchased discount restaurant coupons from a new local restaurant through restaurant.com and within days, the restaurant pulled out of its contract with restaurant.com. Evidently, business was booming without the need for offering discount coupons. According to restaurant.com, I was "out of luck." They said they would not refund the "purchase price" of my now void coupons and offered to give me "credit" for another restaurant...No here in their "Terms and Conditions" does it say they will not refund purchase price if a restaurant closes its contract with them. I called this to their attention and got "a one time only courtesy refund of the purchase price." Then I was informed that they would never be able to refund a purchase price for me if the same thing ever happened again... I told them that was not necessary because I sure won't be giving them any more of my money!!! Hint: You can go to your local circuit court office and file a suit against these people for less than $50.00 AND THEY WILL HAVE TO REFUND YOUR PURCHASE PRICE AND HAVE TO PAY ALL COURT COSTS TOO!!! That means you get your purchase price back for the coupon and you get your $50.00 back for filing the suit.
