I ordered maximuscle promax diet (2) and maximuscle promax diet bars (2) on 3rd October 2010. According to terms and conditions of delivery it should take 1-3 working days to deliver within UK and 4-7 working days to deliver withing EU.

I suppose delivering to Ireland should take the same amount of time as to any place in UK but I waited longer. After 7 days I decided to call them to ask what is going on. Previously I've checked my credit card account and I saw I've been already charged for the order.

Nobody was there to answer my call. The following day, 8 days after ordering, I received a letter saying the due to some problems with system my order has been delayed. There was neither mention about compensation for me for the delay nor the contact details of the person I could contact.

I called them again and some nice woman told me exactly the same what was in the letter. The impression was that they either dont know where is my order or something is going wrong with this company.

I was told that somebody will call me in a day or two with their findings. guess what - nobody has called me. It is now 24 days I'm waiting for my order and still cant get any proper information when will I receive it. A few more day and I'll ask my bank to recover the credit card payment for the goods I haven't received.
