I purchased a Thermomix TM31 from Marjan Zalar from Slovakia on Alibaba for 460 Euros.
Marjan insisted that I pay for the Thermomix via a Slovakian escrow company - Discovery Trans-Shipping Company, who would receive the funds and not release them to Marjan until 10 days after I received the Thermomix and confirmed it to not be defective.
Basically, both Marjan and the Discovery Trans-Shipping Company (www.discovery-trans.co.cc) are scammers (probably the same person). Marjan disappeared from Alibaba and all email correspondence from Marjan and Discovery Trans-Shipping Company stopped once the money had been wired. The thermomix never arrived. Discovery Trans-Shipping Company don't even list a phone number.
