We were told twice on the phone that we could go month to month and terminate services without a penalty. After a few months we terminated services and was told to pay a $295 fee or it would be sent to collection in four business days.
I paid the fee. I asked them to review the tape of the conversation on the phone - they agreed to send me a transcript. They never listened and never sent me a transcript. Or, they heard their salesperson lie on the phone and decide not to admit it.
