I called Dish Network close to two weeks ago to request a technician to come and replace a remote control that was not working. When he arrived, he proceeded to disconnect a lot of other equipment that had nothing to do with the remote control or the TV that the remote went with. When we tried to watch TV in main room of the house, nothing was connected or it was connected improperly. We called the technician back right away and he said he'd be back by 8:30 pm that evening to reconnect everything. I have not heard from, nor seen him since. When I called Dish Network directly to complain, I was told that there would be a $15.00 service charge to send someone out to fix this "new" problem. The nerve of them!
Also, everytime it rains, even if it's only a drizzle (we live in Florida and get a lot of rain this time of year), the signal goes completely OUT! Even though the complany states that this hardly EVER happens.
