We had dish Network for a few months when had to move and transfer service.
Come to find out our apartment did not allow Dish Network, so we cancelled it
and sent the equipment back. That's when the night mare started. They told us
what we owed and we agreed on a payment arangement. But when we called to
make a payment they said we owe nothing, that we had a credit to our account.
We argued with them telling them we set up payment arrangements they insisted
we owed nothing and credited us $40.00. Well two months after this we get a bill in
the mail for over $200.00 and it was going to be taken out of our account in one week.
Shocked and thinking we don't have that kind of money to just have them
take it out we called right away. Well they told us that they have two billing systems
and the latest had not come threw at the time we talked to them so yes we owed this.
Well it was more than they quoted us the first time we called but there is no way to prove any of this. Each time you call them you get someone from another state that has
no idea. It is a nightmare to talk to these people, some can't speak english very well and others are just dumb. And most of all they don't keep track of what was discussed in earlier conversations. Why would you credit us $40.00 if we owe over 200.00 and quoted us 135.00 in the beginning with. Lord knows what's going on. I can't wait for this nightmare to be over.
