denying cancellation
I cancelled Dish as of March 15th 2011, which was done per phone conversation which I documented. Dish called, (documented) stating I couldnt cancel I had months left on contract. I explained that my husband was trasferred due to shut down of his department and I couldnt transfer the service due to the landlords restrictions, The customer service rep started yelling at me . I hung up and called back a few days later again cancelling the service. I just spoke with customer service because they keep billing me and they said we have confirmation that you cancelled the "equipment installation" but not the service. I said really, common sense here. I cancelled the entire service due to the restrictions of our landlord. They said they have "no record " of me cancelling the entire service. Come on ! This is a blatent attempt to get any money from customers. Its called fraud I believe. They don't care that I have names, dates etc. they just want money .

No signal !!!!!!!!!!!
I am so sick and tired of watching something on our TV, and you get this box that says; We're sorry but we have temporarily lost the signal. WE are Aquiring the signal now.....Well, I don't know where in the WORLD you are aquiring the signal from, but it can't be on this planet. Today I was watching TV, and it started to lightly snow, and the signal was lost. Lost where???????????????????? In this day of "Star War" technology, you would think they could come up with something to keep them from loosing the damned signal all the time, especially at the prices that they charge. This is something that happens during: windy conditions, thunder storms, rain, snow, fog, and who knows what else. Wake up Dish Satellite, and fing the damned signal, or you're going to have to FIND new customers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
