I am a resident of Pune. A few days back, our subscription for Dish TV expired. As always, we called up the authorized person who usually"helps out" in getting subscriptions renewed. This person paid our yearly subscription for all the channels and collected the money from us a few days later ensuring us that since he had already paid the charges on time, we wouldn't have any problem in using our Dish TV service. Today is the 22nf Aug 2007 and its been over a week out service has not yet resumed.
When i called the same person to ask / request him to help us...he tells us that the Dish TV head office is in Noida and he can't do anything. Also, he was indecent enough to tell us to go ourselves to the Dish TV office and solve our problem there. This Mr. Dandekar dealt with us extremely rudely and unprofessionally and told me that he couldn't help any more. I request all the readers to make a note of this "pay now and suffer later" service provided by Dish TV and all they tell you to do is to "call the toll free number, and they will help you" also, there are no refunds for payments made. So basically, the customer is losing our either way!
