Activation Problem
My name is Swamy from Dubai and my dish tv id no. is 015 06393927-4 I've made a payment over the 1 week had past away but still my dish tv is not activated if u have received the payment then y dish tv is not activating i want to know the problem please mail me asap my mail id is "[email protected].

Renewal not yet done from Dish TV end
I recharged my account online on 13th Aug for Rs.4326/-. But even after that my renewal status is not yet confirmed. My Acccount detail is still showing my due date as 23/08/2009.

Suddenly today I am unable to browse thru the channels nor getting the menu details on my TV.

I need your urgent action immediately.

I have purchased a dish tv from your local

lesser number of channels than prescribed in the gold package
dear sir,

I am a subscriber of Gold package. I am not getting Aaj Tak, Star news, SetMax, NDTV Imagine, Sahara One. My VC no is 01504684362, Subscriber name S.Raghunath, Pilani Rajasthan, India. My subscription is upto 30th Aug. Beforethis I was subscriber of Silver pack and I was supposed to get Aaj Tak and Star News but I was not getting them. I request you to please fix up the problem at the earliest as I am going to extend my subsription for another 3 months.

Customer Care not Responding to my query and problems related to my set top box
I am trying to contact customer care of dish tv from last 2 days but neither there phone nos are connecting nor any email communication are responding. I have requested for change in my mobile no. many time but still they have not change even my mobile no.

Unauthorised online tranction
Respected Sir/ Madam,
I am pradip Kr. Hazra customer of citi bank. My credit card no 5546 3796 0122 9006, The fraudent tranction was held in my credit card ( Ref. No - 75503729166 dt. 14.06.2009 of Rs. 4000 ) for purchase your DISH TV.
Please send me details of that tranction including V.C number & Name and address of purchaser.

installation failed
my dish tv shows no signal frequently.now this time I have a new problem every time I switch on the TV it shows installation failed and nothing works.what would I do please HELP me out.

What would you call the quality of services of Dish TV? BAD, Rank BAD, Pathetic and more

A complaint (no 27003858) lodged on the Dish TV all India toll free number on 5th July 2009 has not been resolved till 12th July 2009. Its been 8 days only and that would be acceptable by the Dish TV customer downtime standards (or rather that is the impression i get). Interestingly the complaint was closed and a resolved status flagged off. This was intimated to me by SMS on 6th July 2009, stating that Dish TV "hoped that they were satisfied with resolution". All this even while not a single customer service engineer visited my premises.

Interestingly enough, there are about 10 all India numbers that Dish TV has provided for taking customer calls.That is another experience in itself, where you are thanked for calling Dish TV and you need to confirm whether it is Dish TV really that you wanted to call in the forst place. There after.. your choice of language and membership status is ascertained and then you are asked to be "be online, while some one will shortly attend you"... 14 attempts later, each lasting about 3 minutes waiting... i felt obiliged to disconnect. Customer service, Waiting times and Delivery processes?

Dish TV: You may have clocked 25 lakh users, but you cant manage one well... Its time to change ( Your incorrigicle standards and my dish connection)
