My dish tv id no. is 015 0464 4385-7 I've made a payment on 29th sep 08 & even the payment is received shows in my dishtv & over the 1 week had past away but still my dish tv is not activated if u have received the payment then y dish tv is not activating i want to know the problem of my dish tv & very very soon this is my e-mail [email protected] inform me by e-mail

dishconnection of services
MY VC NO. FOR DISH TV IS 01500990260. I HAVE PAID MY MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION FROM 12 NOVEMBER TO 12 DECEMBER ON 12 NOVEMBER 2008.THE COUPON NO WAS 28360353 and the payment was rs. 750.but on 19 th november my dish tv services were suspended .I have registered my complaint on 20 th nov to dish tv customer care centre . The complaint no was 17756456.Then almost everyday i have called dish tv customer care centre on no. 017260013474.but after 9 days there is no action taken by the dish tv and my dish tv services are still suspended and my dish tv is not act ive.I have not seen such a bad service in my life. Don't take adish tv connection otherwise you will have to suffer.

Useless customer service
I got the dish tv connection on 30/10/2008 my Vc.no: 015066772656 after 3 days my connection was disconnected saying that my subscription form not reached to them. If their dealer doesn't submitted the form; what we will do? Even i contacted the customer care and dealer no response. Now i am feeling bad on taking the connection. Hence pl don't take the dish TV connection their customer care is useless...!!!

no signal
my vc no. 015 0446 5465 had lodged complaint on 17.10.08 since was not receiving signal. there is no response from the company for 4 days. the service center staff is insensitive and keep giving lame excuses. i would rate the company the worst in terms of customer service.

SERVICE NOT GIVEN SINCE 21-09-08

Despite several emails and telephonic request i have received none
against My complain No.15909678.

I would like to know what type of service are you providing?????. If i
am customer residing 100 mtrs from your service center and you are not
able to provide me proper service what about interior rural people.
you are really misguiding the people through your promotional
campaign. you are making false promise like this.

when contacted to your near service centre they are demanding for Rs.
200/- as installation charges. why should i pay Rs. 200/- how many
times you will charge for this and i got to know that you will be
providing free service upto 3 months. from your Dealer ID 94360
(RASHMITA BISWAL).


it's been very bitter experience associating myself with your service.
i will member you as long as you serve like this.

i have referred 6 clients to buy dish tv in our locality and they have
the knowledge of this kind. Now pl. tell me what should i suggest
them?????

Pl. do not lose your goodwill & reputation for this little matter
which is hardly a matter for you

not completing wiring job they promised
Jeffrey Adams who puts in satalite tv for dish tv sent a worker by the name of Joe to my house to put in the boxes and run the wiring. Joe said he was running behind so he was going to use the wiring we already had which was all over my roof, but he would be back the next day to complete the job and make the wiring look nice. I agreed to this and he left when he got our tv, s all hooked up and working. Joe did not show up the next day so I called Jeffrey back and he called Joe and got it sch. for a morning the next week. Joe did not show up again. So far this job has been sch. 13 different times and Joe has not showed up once to fix this wiring yet. He always has some excuse. Twice it was because of the rain and I do understand that as I have a metal roof. But the other time he just came us with excused. Each time this has been sch. someone has had to be home to meet them and no one ever showed up. I want to get this resolved not before it goes on any longer. We have been trying to get this done now for around 3 months. Jeffrey Adams phone number is 678-851-1909 and Joe's phone number is 678-458-4418. Very poor service level
I have a alignment problem of my dish and i have lodged several complaints and no action is taken from the supplier or the service provider.

Free channel not being telecast
The free channels are not being relayed think of switching over to some other service.

No channels working
I brought DISH TV in the month of May 24th, 2007. Then my channels were not activated for 10 days. Then they gave on Demo box for temporary purpose and taken my box for repair. They got my new box with scratches and i have asked them to get new box. After that they came with new case and the channels stopped working. So i told i will not give my demo box till my box starts working with all channels. Till today they have not turned up. It is almost two months. And by the team my channels in the DEMO box stopped working. Keep on calling customer care is useless. The worst customer care in india is DISTH TV customer care. Even i spoke to the people who have taken my box and no proper update till today.

Re installation of dish
I made a request to take out the dish from one home of mine to other one 5 days ago.The ppl who came in after 24 were not aware that they had to reinstall the dish at different place so they did not touch it and left assuring they will be back after 24 hours with proper gadgets and equipment required. But no one came back for 2 days and when they came back yesterday they were not able to fix the dish because of faulty equipment... So I am really reverting my decision of choosing Dishtv over Tata sky. I was not aware that the dish tv staff is so much incompetent and uninformed... U guys don't realize how much problem these type of customer service can create... This is a perfect example of BAD no WORSE customer service... i am still not sure that complaint would be stuck with some call center or will get through to dishtv management... Pls improve ur level of service as customers are paying u... U guys are charging a hefty amount and u need to give service for that. Now i realize every one prefers tatasky over DishTv...
