REFUND AND DEACTIVATION
This is regarding refund of Rs 2490 subject to return of Ante System no 20074501020B55061818 in proper working condition after five years from the date of activation. Vc NO is 01500363980. it was submitted on 12/11/2010 at Oshiwara industrial centre Goregaon west Mumbai -400053. I have not recieved the refund as yet,
I would like to deactivate the account for now.

set up box was not repaired on time
my dissh tv set up box stopped working ..complaint on 2 dec 201 no one came to repair till 28th dec. when they rang up. i bought a different connection. i had paid 3200 on 27 .8 2010 for the whole year for my platinum connection .please refund my money after deducting for four months. please refund rest of the amount

ref station headquarters tamulpur letter no.44352x/pers dated 06 dec 10 addresed to Essel agro (p) ltd, essel house, new delhi-35 & letter no. 44352/jss/pers dated 27 dec 10 addresed to Esha Gupta, dish tv india ltd, fc-19, film city, noida regarding refund of security deposit for antenna system for VC number 01500679628, under which photocopy & original of the receipt of security deposit sl no. 471294 dated 15 november 2005 was forwarded respectively. whilmsical deactivation
Dish tv profusely advertise about customer's convenience but in reality it is just the opposite. Hardly the customer care service works. regarding the movie on demand I have few serious complaint to make. When i have a balance of Rs. 750/- sometime in last year I ordered m.o.d through sms where the result was zero but to my surprise the balance amount came down to Rs.525/-which i came to know from guwahati office. I am a subscriber of dish tv for last three years but they address me as valued customer only for shake of calling without sparing any thought of customer's convenience when customer for some reason may not be able to recharge in time. But dish tv is very smart in deactivating and never sparing the customer the extra charge which they demand on delayed recharging which is totally unjustified when dish tv is making money through these customers. Further the customer of dish tv when meet the local dealers/agents for recharging they cannot provide recharge card and do the recharging in exchange of hefty fees. Last but not the least changing of package one has to part with Rs.40/- if the customer choose less channels but more channels one need not pay any.

SOMES CHANNELS WERE NOT SUBCRIBED

MGM, TLC, HBO, WB, ZEE CAFE, STAR CRICET, STAR SPORT, ESPEN, CHANNEL V, MTV and VH1.SIR please cheak my Complant.

renewal charges
my renewal date is 20-1-11 but i renewd earlier for 3 months he charges us Rs 1020/ which is only 975 my next quation is renewal date is considered from 20-1-11 or the date which amount is paid ie 10-1-11 to 4-4-11 insted of 90 days only 53 days but dish tv they are charging for three months kindly consider this and suggest for all customer.

Is dish Tv a USA Sevice? what happened to the guy who advertised he started the service in Tenn? I was billed from a Infinity Dish, who are these people, when I called I could not speak to an America! They would not give me the home office Phone number, now I see this company is not owned by an American company, , What happened to Charlie Yurkin?? I do not want to think an American can stand up and sell something from India! I would never signed up with them if I knew this! I will tell any one else DO NOT TAKE THIS SEVICE!
Americans need jobs, we are giving our money to India! wonderful!!!

misleading n fake promotional promises
i m a customer for quite a gud time n when i got my dish tv connection recharged thy were propagating a offer of giving jewellery voucher on recharging the platinum option for 10 months n get 12 month n voucher of 4000 rs ofr diamond jewellery purchase. i got the recharge done but never received any voucher i called thm a no. of times as well as had a online chat too; but thn thy denied that no we r not having any such offer its validity had expired when u recharged. inspite of this thng that thy were making this offeron air n online thruout the period n even on the day i recharged.i asked thm that if it was over u shud hv deleted that add.so thy jst replied that we will.
i jst wanna say that i feel cheated as these people are jst making such offers to attract customers not to give thm real profits.right now also thy r having that offer so anyone going to get in this trap plssssssssss dont go for it coz its absolutely forgery...i dont want like me anyone else get cheated too
