to me for the package. why i should suffer this is the responsibility of DishTV to convey the right information to the Customer. i don't want your HD connection please revert it or do something because this is fraud

now as you people are saying that you cannot downgrade your pack from platinum.
what is this discripency if it is the condition than you people should clear the customer at the time of purchase
but in my case it is not known. so, why should I suffer.
if you make me suffer than i have a group of 10 people who have purchased true HD and we are close friends
we will not use dish TV any further rather I suggest to go for Tata Sky because condirions are clear while purchasing. i cann't tolerate this because i have taken best but i don't know that it is wrost.
if it is true than please take back your DishTV from me.
i cann't afford it. this means that you are bounding users to take this Pack.
i will not suggest any body to take DishTV. the caompany is
doing fraud with their customer and after customer you have to bound with them.
nobody is hearing customer plea.

How smartly people take one connection of Dishtv and share with whole village...Pathetic

One day when i gone to my home town, I came to a strange experience that whole village was using Dish TV, Village with a population of more than 5000 people, can you beleive this ?????? when i asked my uncle what is the monthly subscription charge you are paying ..he replied Rs 80 per month. I was shocked!!! Than after my little investigation i came to know that their is one person named as Lalshankar Manshanker Joshi from Padra village, District Dungarpur, Rajasthan who has taken a legal Dish TV connection and giving output connection to whole village with a charge of 80/ per month. Isn't this too much. When i asked him not to do this as its not legal he said they have tie up with local dish tv officers to save them in case of surprise checking. I dont underestand why its happeninig and no one from Dish Tv is bother to stop all these.

Message for Dish TV Higher Authority Members :- My sincere request to please take necessary action to stop all this happeninig and also might be in other parts of country.

Dish Network confirmed via live chat that there would be no charges for shipping the receivers and satelite module and they would send me the prepaid shipping boxes to do so. I recieved the boxes that were prepaid and sent the equipment to them and about 3 weeks later they send me a bill for 30$ to cover shipping cost. I called them and informed them that I had a print out of the live chat session that shows I would not be charged for any shipping expences and the Dish Network rep on the phone said the live chat rep was incorrect. I informed him that I would keep the live chat record to defend my non-payment position and hung up on him.

Lesson Learned: Never aquire equipment that doesn't belong to you as you will be at the mersy of the owner. Go back to the digital antennas they offer plenty of high definition cost free channels after you install your "own equipment".

I wanted to recharge my V C No. 01507933053 and paid the amount of Rs. 300 through my credit card on 20/09/2010. After taking print out of recharging my VC I have foung out that my amount was gone in the wrong VC No. i.e. 01507033053, immediately I sent the email to the customercare. They are denying to take action and give credit to my VC. Please help in solving this problem.
