On april 9th 2006 I upgraded my programing to HD. A tech came out and installed a HD receiver and I began to pay for HD programing. On Oct. 22 2007 I upgrade my receiver to a DVR receiver to find out that the tech on April 9th did not hook the receiver up to receice HD. which means I have been paying for programing that I was not getting.
