frequently increase in prices

I am really fed up this dishtv first on 27th of april they removed ten cricket from base pack and now theyincreased platinium pack from 325 to 350. I did big mistake by buying dishtv.
Now can not get the amount which spend on installation. Any body knows to whom I can sell my set top box and antena.
If anybody wants to buy a dth please go to videocon' its the best

Poor customer care
Inspite of number of tele calls, SMS Complains, and requests regarding NO signal on my TV, the customer care of the company is Not bothering to take any corrective action. (Complaint No. 14892637).
Very POOR service and harassment to the customer. GOD Bless the Company.

stopping of FTA channels
I would like to bring to the kind notice of the board that I had purchased dish t.v. on 24/7/2006 by paying Rs.3990/ and opted for maxi package on monthly payment basis. My VC No. is 01501351963. From 8th May 08 suddenly telecast of all the channels stopped without any clarification. I immediately contacted the dishtv, they informed me to pay some amount for viewing telecast of Free to Air channels. I told them that free to air channels are free and why are you asking money they replied that the company policy has been changed from now we will charge for FTA channels too. DishTv services are very poor and even asking money for free to air channels so this a clear cheating to DishTv subscribers. I want to surrender it immediately. Can any one help me to suggest, how to stop the fraud activities of Dish TV in India?? How to complain to government of India or application to a consumer court for charging the money for free to air channels even free DTH channels?

the customer service of dishtv has improved a lot when compared before now a days the customer care responds within two or three days and they provide many customer care number to contact them.

Renewal problems!
I tried to renew my dishtv subscription for VC No. 01501257594 using www.dishtv.in and ITZ dishtv cash cards worth Rs. 600. After entering the cash card details I got the message that transaction has failed. But upon checking the ITZ website I discovered that already payment has been made to DISHTV B2C. But my account does not show the 600 Rs. amount added to the balance.

No reception, pathetic service!
I have paid for the connection however am still not receiving any signal. the customer care refuses to help, i have called multiple times. The only response i get is wait for 4 - 24 hrs, they fail to address the fact that i have waited for more than 72 hrs!!! Anybody interested in buying a slightly old (hardly used, no thanks to me) dish tv...
