Very Poor service. I Purchased Recharge Voucher from dishtv authorised dealer to recharge my channel package. But when I send the card details to 57575. I received sms from dishtv that card is invalid. I wrote to customer care but there was no reply. Even customer care agreed that the card is invalid but they didnt replaced me the card.Dealer also refusing to take back the card.

Please be careful while recharging dishtv through voucher. They are bluffing people and making money through wrong ways.

There customer care people are also giving wrong information. They also deducted processing fee from my account for no reasons and still not refunding.

Dishtv is the worst and fraud service on which you cannot rely on.
If anybody looking for DTH . I suggest please dont go for Dishtv its a fraud company.

my dishtv is not functioning since long time after last recharge after making several complaints through dishtv cuntomerare service.. I had bought the connection from the company dealer at Rajbagh Kathua namely R K Electronics. we made several requests to the dealer also but he is refusing our request again and again, so you are humbly requested that kindly help me to solve this probled so that i may be able to get world updates daily.

My bank called to ask about a questionable charge to my acct. It was from dishtv for the amt. of $22.28. Which I had not authorized. It is more then 2days I have transferred money from my icici bank account for renwal of their services. I have sent them every details of transaction just deleting my A/C No. But they are demanding my unedited full account statement’s .I had never any issue with icici bank regarding net banking. They have excellent stuff with quality service. But each time I tried to pay dish tv the same thing happens every time. They have worst customer service centre, dishonest stuff, careless mannagement, Here is the part of a e-mail sent from dish customer care centre” If amount has been deducted from your bank account then revert with the scanned copy of original bank statement, so that the needful can be done at the earliest.
We would also like to inform you that bank statement in editable format is not acceptable.
We value your association and assure you of our commitment to serve you with a smile."
Now my question is that is it safe to expose my Bank account to them.My SET TOP BOX is still block.They are trying to oblige me with their shameless smile.
