non receipt of new connection
I have ordered to purchse one New Dish tv connection through SBI Credit Crad, I applied through web site and filled in forms as required by Dish tv. My SBI card account has been debited on 03.04.2010, still have not received the new connection/ nor received any proper reply. My token No. 1664784 is for dish tv complaint lodged.
I request you to please look in to the matter at earliest.

every time u click on continue or submit after entering customer details.
it would not open up the next desired page but gives an error

Too much intruption
my dish tv not working properly.It is notworking continously more than one hour.sometime service stop and appear on the screen check vc card.some time picture freeze and appear recharge yuor dishtv account.sometime showing signal not found.Maximum time it shows check vc card.I am very much upset.Sometime I think I should throw this box out of the window.

We subscribed for 1 year for 2 units. 1unit=(Decoder) #0751ABF14DS56197 attached to parent viewing card # 01504599071 is not working since June 2009.
We want:-
Replacement of non-working decoder
(OR)
To credit the subscription balance since June 2009 PLUs cost of the Decoder to our working unit I.E. Decoder # 0751ABF14DS56196 attached to Child viewing Card # 01504599072

unable to view channels
My name is Makrand U Wadekar . I am dish TV customer, my VC No. is 01500105974 . I am having Platinum Package. From last Ten days we are unable to watch ‘ STAR MAAZA ’ channel as it is not coming in the view list. I had tried all the settings (channel search, reset factory settings etc.), but only 213 nos. of channel were searched . So I called customer care where I was told that I will get the channel within two hours. But I did’t got it so I call back customer care on next day then I was told there is Technical problem and can’t say when it will be solved .
Please look into matter immediately and inform me accordingly.

No service even after repeated calls/mails
We are using dishtv since 2006. Every 2/3 months signal will go off without any reason (rain, storm etc). Everytime we'll call and mail customer care, they will take 2 to 3 days to send the service person. Now service person informs us what time they will come. We, working couple, keeping all work aside, wait for them to come. They never turn up on the time they mention. Every time we have to make repeated calls/mails to troubleshoot.
Now this time since October beginning we are not able to view any channel. No signal is coming as usual. They are not responding to our mails. We tried calling all customer care numbers. In interactive voice we are asked to wait for executive, but no executive picks the call at all. They have taken 6 months bill in advance in May 2009.

I HAVE PAID RS.375/- UNDER SILVER PACK ON 6/8/2009 AS 3 MONTHS SUBSCRIPTION FOR DISHTV. BUT TODAY ON 8/9/2009 MY DISHTV CONNECTION IS CLOSED. AND AFTER ENQUIRING AT LOCAL COLLECTION CENTER AT NEW SANGAM ELECTRONICS, SANGAMNER DIST. AHMEDNAGAR MAHARASHTRA, IT IS SAID THAT COMPANY HAS WRONGLY RENEWED CONNECTION UNDER PLATINUM PACK AND HENCE CONNECTION PERIOD IS OVER AFTER 1 MONTH.
