Having bought Diskeeper Undelete last year, upon upgrading to Windows 7, I found it would not install.

Diskeeper's web site said that a Windows 7 compatible version would be available "mid December".

The Windows 7 version was eventually announced Early January.

When I downloaded it, I found that the file downloaded is not the program's setup program, but a "download manager".

When running this file, a progress bar immediately jumps to 5%, and then sits there for hours (days even!)

Their web site says that all firewalls, anti-virus and anti spyware programs are disabled. Even doing this (and disabling my router firewall) it still won't download the file.

After spending many hours trying to download the actual setup file, I finally submitted a support request on their web site (02/02/10).

13 days later I have yet to receive a reply.
