Decrease in quality
I have been a Disney Movie Club member on and off for 12 yrs. I renewed my membership in Nov 2009 and have been dissatisfied with the quality of the DVD's I have received. The skip, jump or don't work at all. The company has replaced the movies I have returned but it costs me money to send them back. The special prices are good but only if the quality of the DVD are good. I think if there is a problem with the DVD I should be able to return it at Disney's expense not mine.

I will be happy when my obligation to order is over so I can cancel my membership.

DVDS NOT WANTED
I ordered my 4 movies like the contract said, but they keep sending me more movies even though I send back the DO NOT WANT MOVIE LETTER BACK TO THEM LIKE THEY ASK. Now I wanted to cancle and tell them about these charges, and of course theree is no live person it's just an automated services sending me in circles. The web site wont even let me log in...i'm starting to get really pissed off. It keeps saying the zip and member id doesn't match or the email is not in their data base...but yet they have all my info perfectly fine send me shit with no problem...I will take this to the BETTER BUISNESS BUREAU if they don't contact me and cancle my membership and STOP SENDING ME MOVIES THAT I DONT WANT AND THAT I HAVE ALREADY!!!

Charged for movies that I sent in as declined, have not recieved the movie that I DID order
I am disappointed and worried now that I see that there are other customers who have had trouble working with this company. I sent back my 'do not order card' for two selections in December (and did not receive them), but went on line today to see that I have been CHARGED for them. I also ordered one of the monthly selections by phone & was charged for it, but never received it. I am working on my course of action; in the meantime, I would NOT recommend entering into this company. I will be sure to follow up with details as they occur; I am hoping that I'll be able to report some resolution and that Disney Movie Club will make this situation right quickly.

Unauthorized sign up for product
Here's the phone number to cancel - we didnt sign up for this and there is no easily found nor accessible phone number anywhere! Heres' the number to cancel - 1-888-257-9100. At best this is poor company business for them to not provide any way to cancel. At worst this is a scam from this company - certainly they know that people have been trying to contact them. So, I am on hold with them and we will see how long the "on hold" lasts!

Unauthorized charge
I ordered the original offer of five movies for &1.99 which I paid for when I placed the order. I did recieve them which apparently is somewhat unusual. After getting those movies I canceled my subscription. Lo and behold, nearly two months after that, I was charged some thirty dollars for absolutely nothing. I have not gotten any further product. When I saw the charge on my online statement I called the number listed and it asked for my account number which of course I didn't have. So, I tried pressing all kinds of combinations to get to an actual person and of course there was no one. I looked the company up on Google and found all the bad publicity. I have called my bank and disputed the charge so at least that will be taken care of. My concern is how do I keep this from happeneing each and every month. I really hate the though of having to cancel my card, however that may be the only option.
I wish I had checked before. Oh well, just in time for the holidays !

Unathuorized charges
Your company continues to charge my debit card for membership to your movie club. I did not solicite membership, so I need a refund on charges taken from my card. I am 53 years old and I have no desire to veiw kids movies.Someone needs to contact me asap or there will be crimnal charges filed.You have taken two unauthorized payments from my card the last being 11/05/09 i am requesting a full refund for each charge. Also how did you obtain my card number. I don`t have small children so I have no need for disney movies. This will be my final request, the next will be crimnal charges filed for fraud and/or wire fraud also unauthorized use of a credit card.

No order received
I ordered my 4 movies at the discounted rate for the movie club and still have not received them and have had no luck with being able to contact a live person. Now, I have reviewed all the complaints on Disney and think that there should be something we can do to put a end to this. Because, I am a single mother barely making ends meat and thought I would just try this club out so I could get my 4 movies and only have to pay full price for 3 more. If I Disney tries to charge me, I am going to have to take further action.

OK, I have found a contact number. It is 1-888-257-9100. When you call, just stay on the line. It will run you through what you need to start an account, then it will connect you to a real person. Just tell them that you want to cancel your subscription and there you go. When talking to them they told me that there is only two ways to cancel. One is by mail and the second is by telephone. For a future issue with a company, scroll through there "terms of use". Find their copyright infringement policy, because there is usually a number attached to a real person. Then just ask for a number to the company.

They are dishonest andI Want Cancelled
I have tried on numerous to cancel this membership, I figured when they sent three movies I did not order and had to pay to return they were a little on the shady side. That was just in the first month. I purchased the movies I had agreed to but they kept telling me I had two more. When I challenged them they threathen me with a law suit saying I would have to send them a 100 plus dollars. after me sending my paper recepts they finally got it down to one more in July. Just to get out of this mess I purchased one more. Guess what I got another card saying I still had one more to purchase. I refuse to buy another from a company that resorts to fraud to sell a movie that cost dollars more that I can get them at my local Walmart.

Being charged and i didnt buy any movies
I was charged $40.00 to my credit card when i didnt even purchase any movies nor did i recieve any movies. I want my money refunded on my card. This is outrageous and from the looks of the other complaints this isnt the first time you scam artists have done this to people! I shouldnt have to pay $40 for something that i never bought or that i didnt recieve!! you can contact me by email to settle this matter. my email is [email protected]
