Membershi Cancellation
I have sent on numerous occasions that I would like to cancel my membershi p with DisneyMovieClub, member # 592580
I have been totally ignored.
Now if you don't cancel my membership you can be sure if you send me any movies you will receieve them back. It's your shipping costs.
I would appreciate immediate cancellation of my club membership

Can't log-in
I have belonged to this movie club for quite a while now and regardless what I do I can't access my account online to respond to my Featured Title. I have changed my password countless times and yet they do not recognize it. Also, it might be beneficial if there was a "Member Log-in" site that was easily identifiable like in other club sites. It is truly frustrating to try and get this done online only to have to respond by telephone which takes longer and completely eliminates the convenience of an online choice of response. Please do something about this. I enjoy the convenience of mailing and ordering but am considering canceling my subscription just to avoid the frustration.

i never got my movies but i was charged
i orded tinkerbell, cars, a bugs life, monsters inc, and chicken little and i never got them but my account was charged.

cancellation of membership
I keep writing on the order form that I want to discontinue my membership and stop sending me any future offers and my name be cancelled from their mailing list after finishing my commitments but they still keep sending me their offers and when I return the merchandise, they charge it against my credit card without my authorization.
