With reference to the above, when I am booking for the supply of gas cylinder on 28/06/06 the Distributor’s officials denied supply. The reason they told, I have not taken supply for the past 1 and half a month or so. This is because they are denying the supply.

As I am often touring around for my office work and we are using electrical oven & things for the purpose of cooking and other use, we are not more often use gas cylinders.

To get the gas cylinder supply, why should I disclose my private & personal activities to the distributor. And this is unfair practice to ask the genuine customer to visit their premises to beg cylinders. When they have issued tokens for the supply & visiting genuine place for supply, why they are not supplying the cylinder when I require.

Kindly look into this matter and advice the distributors not to harras the customers.
