This is Anjaiah and my VC no:01508584455 i am very glade to hear that u had kept home pick service for the sake of customer.
when i heard that i thought it is better and no need of going out for recharge...
But i hope the home pick service what u kept is totally fail...
when i kept mess to dishtv they called and i had register for home pick service and my register no 57345364 they told me with in 24 hrs our executive member will come and collect the money and again on 16-04-2011 i called to customer two time the customer care executive gave information tomorrow morning our executive member will come for sure. Regarding that issue the next day when i called they told that today is sunday there is no home pick service. Regarding the wrong information i talked with the higher authority but i am not satisfied with his answer.. what ever the service your providing to the customer it should reach the customer other wise its waste of providing such service. I hope the mistake will not repeat again

I have recharged my special package of tamil/malayalam to your dealer service on 13.04.08 but till now we are not got the channel of this package, please advise.
