In the past four weeks I have received no less than 50 calls from a "Mary Alvarez" from this company. She has continuously called my employer (which is a public school) after repeatedly calling the main office for the 20th time, and me making the office manager aware of the nature of her call and discussing the Federal Consumer Protection Guidlines he has told her that she was never to call the school again. I then used the school telephone the last time and called Mary Alvarez and got her voicemail. At this time I stated that I didn't know how ignorant she was, but I was not ignorant of the law and that I had spoken to my principal who in turn told me to relay the message to her that if she called again that the school again that the matter would be turned over to the school district attorneys and they would seek legal action. Well guess what...she continued to call this time using the same phone number but radomly call various extensions, (the nurse, the library, the attendance office). At this point I have ever only received one written correspondence from this company and it was this week. I am a well educated consumer and well versed in law. I am going to post in writing return receipt requested this weekend. If Mary Alvarez or any other representative contacts me other than in writing I will seek legal counsel and plan on filing suit to the extent that the law allows.
