i have a question, not so much a complaint, well i received a letter from an employee with DCS saying that i owed the State of Louisiana Dept of Revenue just under $1, 700.00 which i had no clue that i even owed this until i received this letter, and my thing is...i asked them could i repay it in installments of $150.00 to $200.00 a month for until it is completely repaid because i have 3 kids to clothe and feed in addition to utilities to pay including rent and the employee (female) said to hold on, i did for about 10 minutes straight and she got back on the phone and said her "bosses" agreed to let me repay the the debt off with (2) payments of 544.00 and then after that i could start sending them $170.00 from my check bi-weekly after that till it`s all paid off.first of all i have NO PROBLEM AT ALL paying the debt off...but i only make $1, 200.00 bi-weekly after taxes and i cannot afford to have $544.00 taken out of my check at one given time that is almost half of my paycheck and on top of that the lady (DCS)keeps asking for my checking acct # and a routing # and i even asked her could i just buy a debit card with a visa or mastercard logo on it for $544.00 and pay it like that, at first she said yes then turned around and said they needed a check.does anybody else have a similar story like mine concerning this company?
