I purchased my Venture van for one reason, and that was to make things easier on my ill mother. Within one month of purchase I had to take the van in for repairs twice. They never have fixed all of the things wrong with it. A fan has been replaced, but the noise that caused the complaint is still there. Brakes had to be replaced on one the back right passenger side. The air conditioning for the inside air will not work 95% of the time. I took it in because it overcranks and was told that was normal. But the whole van shakes when this happens. I went to turn into a parking lot and for no reason it shut off. I was told they could not find any reason for that to have happened. There is now a leak in from the light at the rear door. I have contacted General Motors and tried to get some satisfaction, but to no avail. I have been a loyal customer for over thirty years, but will never purchase another GM vechile.
