I was contacted 4 weeks ago by a representative of tools at a discount. They wanted to ship me a tester for a 30 day risk free trial including return shipping. I was given a somewhat garbled discription of the tester. When asked more specific info about the name and manufacturer of the tool I was given very vague info and hurried into the no risk shipment, so I sure. I was instructed to provide a check upon reciept of the tester and that would be held for 30 days. I was assured that the check under no circumstances would be cashed before contacting me on the 30th day to reconfirm the transaction. After receiving the tester on 10-09 and reading through the manual I found that it was not a tool I could use. I have not even turned the tester on. I immediately called (I believe on 10-12) to send the item back. I was told that would be no problem and the return slip was on its way. On 10-14 my check for $299.95 was cashed! The tool sells for approximately $140 at most retailers online! I called on 10-15 to find out why the check was cashed. I spoke with Julie she told she'd handle the problem. I then asked when my money would be refunded, and she told me by monday(10-19). I did not. I called on the 20th. Another rep said Julie was not their and she had left instruction regarding me that Fed ex would bring a check no later that Thursday the 22nd and pick up the tool and she would have Julie call. That did not happen! I called Friday (10-23)same old lies. Complaints have been filed with the BBB and other agencies online and over the phone. Julie soutullo doesn't care she just wildly rips people off and just keeps going with no regard for consequences! She simply lies and thinks nothing will ever come of it. She needs to be stopped and made to pay her debts!!
