For all the folks that took advantage of the "free trial" by Bromalite, following is the fine print (size 7.5 font) at the bottom of the page under "terms and conditions" Of course, this print is too fine to read unless copied and enlarged. I received the product about two weeks after ordering and was charged. At that time it was too late to cancel within the allowed time. Luckily, I just received a new credit card in the mail. The old one is expired and will no longer be valid for further charges.

The business practices of this company are shoddy if not downright fraudulent. Not anywhere under the terms and conditions does it state anything about DJM Lifestylefit. I have no clue about what it is. I have, however, called them, after getting the phone number from my bank (800-957-6988) and threatened them with legal action. The were nice enough to offer a refund when I told them I had contacted both my bank and the police. Whether or not I receive this refund is questionable.

But I thought I would make the fine print from the Bromalite web site available in a more readable format.
