I ORDER ACAI BERRY FROM ANOTHER COMPANY AND SENT IT BACK IMMEDIATELY AS I DID NOT LIKE THE FACT THEY WANTED TO KEEP ON SENDING ME ORDERS. AFTER HOURS OF PHONE CALLS I FINALLY GOT THROUGH AND TOLD THEM TO CANCEL ANY FUTURE ORDERS WHICH THEY AGREED TO DO. I HAVE RECEIVED NOTHING BUT 29.95 IS BEING TAKEN FROM MY HUSBAND´S CREDIT CARD AND WE CANNOT GET OUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY TO BLOCK ANY FUTURE PAYMENTS. PLEASE HELP.

Unauthorized credit card charge
On April 26, 2009, I ordered online a free trial bottle of the Advanced Acai Weight Loss System. I received the product on May 2, 2009. This was supposedly a 14 day free trial, so if I did not want to continue, I was supposed to call the customer care line at 866-943-3083 within the 14 day free trial period to cancel. I called this number on May 8, 2009 to cancel and was told they were going to extend the trial period until May 29, 2009 and would not apply any more charges until after that date. So, I said okay. Again I called them to cancel and they issued an RMA number for me to return the product, which I did. After I saw this 29.95 charge on my credit card statement I again called them and they said they did not know anything about the charge and when I gave them the DJM name and number they told me it was not their product. They said they received the product that I returned and would not apply any more charges. Then I called the phone # shown on the credit card statement and talked to a foreigner and I had lots of trouble deciphering what she was telling me. I finally managed to understand that she told me that when I ordered the Acai Weight Loss that it included a companion membership which is what the $29.95 charge was about. I told her I was not told it included this and it was not in the fine print when I order the Acai. I told her I wanted the charge removed or a refund and there was going to be trouble if another charge appeared. I also told her I was going to call the credit card company. I kept telling her to put someone on the phone that I could understand. Finally she gave me a confirmation # to write down and said her supervisor would call me and I am supposed to give that number to her. I rather doubt that I will ever hear from her supervisor. I'm still not sure I have the confirmation # correct because of her inability to speak clear English. I then called the credit card company and they told me to call the number on the statement for DJM to tell them to remove the charge. ( I had already done this, but credit card co. did not know this when I talked to them.) What do I do now?

Unapproved charges to bank account
Saw unapproved charges on my checking account. Contacted the company and they were very rude and continued to try and get me to get there services...
The company kept referring to a "free" order I placed on the internet to get Acai Soiree. I also contacted the Acai Soiree Company and they said they didn't know who DJMlifstylefit was...I advised them of the circumstances and told them their company was being referenced in this FRAUD...

billed $29.95 for no reason
I was billed $29.95 and $1.17 on my credit card without knowing what it was for. After going on line using the website listed on my credit card statement, I found it was affiliated with the acai berry which I requested the free trial for several months ago. When receiving the free bottle (which I had to use my credit card in order to pay the $3.99 shipping charge for the free bottle), the notice that accompanied the free bottle stated that I would be charged $89.00 each month for the acai berries; which I immediately called the number to cancel the order. The person I was connected to was out of the country and I had very poor reception, but after several minutes trying to communicate with her, I was able to cancel the order. Now, after several months, my credit card statement showed the charge of $29.95 and $1.17, and I called the phone number listed on my statement (800-957-6988) and was told they were updating their records and would have to call me back. When answering the phone, they didn't state their company name, but simply answered my call by saying "customer service". Shure sounds like a scam to me.
