For the past two months this company has charged my credit card 29.95 & 1.17. I have no idea what it is for and am certin I did not order anything on-line resembling a Life Style Lift. Further, when I call the number attached to the charge no one answers.
I would like to know my options.

I ordered their free product online (there was a minimal charge for shipping). Before I could finish the ordering process it showed that I had ordered the free item and another item of theirs for $29.95. I immediately contacted them by phone and told them I did not want the item. If they were going to charge additional money for their 'FREE" PRODUCT" and that I wanted it cancelled immediately. They told me it was. Then the shipped me the item anyway. I called them again and told them that I was going to refuse the item. They said don't worry about it it was our mistake. Keep the item and if you like us reorder it.

Today I get my credit card statement and they charged me again in the amount of $29.95. I called them and they told me that when I ordered their product (which I had cancelled the same day they processed it) that I agreed in the terms and conditions that I would automatically be charged each month for the product. I didn't received any additional product, but they charged my card and planned to every month.

I yelled at them and told them I never gave my permission for them to charge my card. They say they have now cancelled it, but people need to beware of their tactics. They are ripping people off!

This company charged my credit card $29.95 on 3/13/09 and I did not authorize the charge either. I tried an alleged free trial of two health products last month and now I am getting all kinds of bizarre related charges on my card. I am going to have to cancel the card all together since I am not getting any satisfaction over the telephone. What a crock of baloney this is. Only supposed to be a charge of $4.99 for S&H. Beware on-line buyers for these types of scams.
