I contacted this company asking whether a specific model of turntable could be ordered from them, and they stated yes, so i went ahead and ordered 2, order was placed 13/8/08. They said they only had 1 in, AND CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD already.

Since then they have stated "they will be in this afternoon". And this was over a month ago that they said this, still it says on the website that they are on order, still my credit card has been charged and i have nothing to show for it.

After this i got sick of it and asked for a refund and to cancel the order. NO REPLY! So i tried to call them, NO ANSWER! Even worse is that it is apparently the general manager himself that i have been talking to Davis Murcia.

I hope that no one else has to deal with this company. Evidence can be provided if necessary.
