Customer Service

I think that C & J Executives does a great job serving their clients. Michele sent me ALL emails from her and Diane and I think that its completely ridiculous that both her and Diane don't act like adults and resolve their differences. As for the baker response, it's clear to me that she is a personal friend of Diane's and her company is very small with no direct contact address or physical locations, baking cookies out of one's home is not actually a business. Michele can be hard to work with at times, but delivers results. Diane seem to be making very turbulent comments and escalating the situation instead of taking responsibility and pleasing clients regardless of personal differences.

Customer Service and Treatment

Diane is the owner of DK Site Desgin based out of the UK. I hired her to complete a basic website for my company. During our time together, Diane was very rude and unwilling to answer questions regarding the basic design on my website. I was asking her basic things about my site. She finally quite right in the middle of completing my company site and has since contacted me via email with harassing content. See emails below:

No doubt you’ve never even heard of it as you’re not the brightest spark, but the University existed before American was even discovered by the Western world. You’re probably don’t even know your own history, but if it wasn’t for us, you’d be speaking Spanish. Ta ta!

LOL. I’m delighted that you think your site is great. I was looking forward to hearing from you, as I knew you wouldn’t be able to resist – you’re very predictable. It’s a shame that it looks shit. Nothing on the site is correctly aligned, there are objects all over the place that shouldn’t be there and none of the links work! It looks homemade, so I guess you did it yourself. Good luck attracting any customers with that! I hope you’ve sorted out that little problem you had of bullshitting too. I wish you all the best in your new venture!
