I contacted this company on June 3rd, 2011 to do testing for my 26 year old daughter and her father who lives in another state and how would they go about doing a professional collection for him. I was told they could contact him to get his sample and it would be done quickly. I provided them the "alleged father" telephone number and address. I was charged $149.00 and was told i would be sent a kit to send my daughter's sample in. I contacted them on the 6th of June, asking had they been able to contact the father, I never received a reply back until two days later after i had sent emails and made additional calls to ask this. I received a response from Mr. Micheal Brand : YES SARAH IS WORKING ON IT, nothing else not even a saluation. I received the 'so-called kit" cotton swabs and envelope to send it back in On June 10th, . On the 15th of june I was contacted via telpehone to say that they hadnt been able to contact my daughter's "alleged father" but they would keep trying. On June 16th, 2011 I contacted the alleged father's brother to find out why he hadnt been in contact with them. He stated that his brother had changed his mind. So I contacted (June 17th, 2011) Mr. Brand via email and telephone telling him that I didnt need their services after all and requesting a refund. Didnt receive a return call nor an email. So on June 21st, 2011 I sent another email saying if I wasnt contacted I would file a complaint with the BBB. ...OH i got a reply then stating that "there are no refunds on the 99.00 internet special as is clearly stated on our website. You are free to keep the supplies for as long as necessary to complete your testing. The supplies have no expiration." i replied back telling him i placed my order over the telephone and you havent even sent me a receipt for my money nor is it on your website as you stated and its not in their term and conditions either. I called them crooks and which what would you call a company that will keep your money for services not rendered??? i even filed a complaint with the state attorney's office, BBB and ConsumerComplaint Agencyin the state of Arizona. I know $149.00 isnt alot but its my hard earn money and in these days and time who have money to give away for nothing to these crooked companies who spend your money and then say ..Oh sorry its non refundable but it was stated verbally and I didnt receive anything in writing stating this before I gave him my payment information. IF YOU NEED THIS TYPE OF SERVICE I ADVISE YOU TO NOT USE THIS COMPANY BECAUSE THEY WILL GET YOUR MONEY AN FOR SOME REASON YOU CANT GET THE TESTING DONE KEEP YOUR MONEY FOR NO SERVICE.
