I was charged $49.47 and $5.00 on my account for something I did not authorize. I am in the process of having these charges removed. It seems to me that I should not be inconvenienced in this way to begin with. How do you outfits get away with advertising that a card number is needed only for age verification and then start having a good time with it, like selling the number to the highest bidder?
I agree with the lady who's complaint I read on the main page. What you need is a class action suit against your crooked selves. I am on a fixed income. There is no way I would authorize such charges. Especially when my balance was $1.00 when you posted your bill. I suggest that when I contact you, next week, you politely and expeditiously remove those charges so that I don't have to find a lawyer willing to take you on for my money back plus punitive damages. I hope you have got the picture.
