i want last 2 moths incoming/outgoing details of my friend mR sIDHESH, MOB# 9029960246

My tatadocomo prepaid mobile no.9036341969 I got my mobile recharge with rs.30/- on 27/05/10 at about 7 pm at that time

balance was rs 5(approx) after recharge balance should be approx Rs 30/ but it was showing Rs. 25 / I ignore that. In the

morning(28/05/10) made a call for 7 minutes then balance become 0.0 my plan in 1paisa/sec . again on 28/05/10 I got

recharged Rs. 30/. On 28/05/10 at 7.14 pm, again deducted Rs. 20/ a message received FRom 52250 thank you for down loading

java game, which is wrong. This problem from last 2 days i.e. 27/0510 previously there was no problem. I talked to customer

care three times they are telling you are using internet . I never activated internet as it is not atall required by me. can

you help to short out my problem. on 29/05/10 at 10.28 am balance was Rs5.20. again a message came from 52250 at 11am thank

you for down loading javagame and deducted Rs.5/ which is wrong. Something is very serious please examine. At present I am

not recharging as it has got no use. for deactivatig sendig message to 121 CAN GPRS message coming invalid key. First

internate to be deactivated which I never activate, then problem to be shorted out. again on trial recharge with rs 10 on

31/05/10 at 9.42am made acall of 28 sec at 11.09am same problem started javagame down loaded automaic and rs.5 deducted . a

massage received at11.14am thank you for down load java game. I have not done any thing.a message received GPRS unsubscrib

and told that this problem was due to GPRS active. will yoy look into the matter technically why this problem is comming i

have already spoiled 30+30+10=70rs.
